"The Simpsons redesigned their intro in HD to coincide with their update to a new widescreen format. Mot of the main convections for the intro were kept the same (i.e. Bart & the chalkboard, the Power Plant, cough gag & such), but many parts of the story have at least something new added."
From the intro, one could see additions.
The "Mr. Sparkle" & "Tomacco" products in the Grocery story seen, Maggie's unibrowed nemesis, Baby Gerald, more.
